It all starts with a site visit. We come out to measure up, check access, talk through what needs doing, and look for anything that might impact the quote. After that, we send a clear breakdown of what’s involved, including timeframes, materials, and any options or recommendations. Once you give the green light, we get everything ordered and scheduled.
When we’re on site, safety is key. We set up scaffolding or edge protection where needed and make sure the worksite is kept tidy throughout. On a reroof, we remove the old roofing material and check the structure underneath. If anything needs fixing, we let you know before we proceed. Then we install the new roof, complete the flashing and finishing, and clean everything up before we leave.
Most reroofs are done in 3 to 5 days, depending on weather and size. New builds vary based on the overall construction schedule. But in every case, we keep you in the loop and make sure the job gets done right, without dragging on or cutting corners.
